Flat steel bar, also known as steel flat bar or flat iron, is a versatile flat-shaped solid steel product widely used in global construction, structural engineering, machinery manufacturing and metal processing industries. With flat surface, stable thickness and uniform width tolerance, flat steel bar offers excellent weldability, bendability and high structural stability.
Our flat steel bars are mainly hot rolled with complete size specifications. Standard thickness ranges from 3mm to 60mm, and width ranges from 20mm to 200mm. Custom cutting and fixed-length processing are available to meet different project requirements.
Main steel grades include Q235B, Q355B, S235JR and A36 carbon structural steel. The material features strong toughness, good plasticity and reliable mechanical performance, suitable for welding, punching, drilling and further machining.
Flat steel bar has extremely wide application scenarios. It is commonly used for steel structure brackets, building connectors, fence frames, base plates, machinery accessories, truck chassis parts and hardware fabrication. It is also an ideal raw material for making bolts, structural supports and welded steel components.
All products are manufactured in strict accordance with GB, EN and ASTM international standards. Each batch can be supplied with EN10204 3.1 MTC certificate to support quality inspection, engineering acceptance and customs clearance.
